How collection works

We are click & collect only. Nothing is posted or delivered.

1. 1

   Add to your basket

Each product page shows whether it can be reserved for collection right now.

2. 2

   Choose a collection slot

We hold your slot for a short time while you finish checking out. If the hold runs out, simply choose a slot again.

3. 3

   Age check for fireworks

If your basket includes fireworks, an age check is part of checkout. We keep only whether it passed.

4. 4

   Pay when you collect

There is nothing to pay online. You pay in store at the counter.

5. 5

   Place your reservation

Stock and your slot are secured at this point, and you get a reservation number.

6. 6

   Collect

Come in your slot with your reservation number. For fireworks, bring valid photo ID showing you are over 18. Please collect in your slot. If you cannot make it, tell the store before your slot. Reservations not collected within 24 hours of the slot may be cancelled without further notice, and the items returned to sale.
